This planetary nebula makes for a very difficult target due to its very low surface brightness. Like the Medusa Nebula, this is probably an old shell of gas. The background galaxies seen through this ethereal bubble of gas only add to its gossamer appearance. This image was taken as part of Advanced Observing Program (AOP) program at Kitt Peak Visitor Center during 2014.
